In response to the NYT's recent appreciation of the "loaner jackets" at New Orleans's Galatoire, the Times-Picayune sends a writer to try on some of available wares. Unlike the haute loaner jackets at NYC spots like Daniel, however, many of the 20-30 items in the Galatoire closet were donated by diners or found at local thrift stores.
