Listen to David Chang Discuss Taste and Expansion Plans

Momofuku man David Chang stopped by the Heritage Radio Network, where he discussed taste and empire with host/JBF Executive Vice President Mitchell Davis. They spend a good amount of time talking about kimchi, and about the differences between Canada and Australia and the US, the three places where Chang has restaurants. (Apparently Americans like their foods saltier than the others.)

And then Chang hints at expansion: when asked if he's planning more Milk Bars, Chang's response is "Milk Bars and...we're going to try to keep it domestic this year." Which is pretty vague, but he also alluded to expansion in his recent Vogue profile, so the evidence is building. Below, according to Chang, "the internet has been really great and terrible for food."
