In the newest episode of AOL's "Serving Innovation" series, Brooklyn Brewery brewmaster Garrett Oliver (who's also the author of The Oxford Companion to Beer) talks about his own beer story: his initial dislike of crappy college beer, how a trip to England revealed that beer was "diverse and interesting," and his early home-brew days. Says Garrett about his inspiration and innovation: "I've made hundreds of different beers. The beer arrives in my head fully formed: I see it, I smell it, I taste it. And then the question is, 'Okay, how am I going to get there?'" Go, watch:
