NEW YORK CITY— The 2013 Vendy Awards have just revealed their list of finalists for the unofficial "Best in New York" prize: Luke's Lobster, The Chipper Truck, El Olomega, The Cinnamon Snail (2012's "People's Choice" winner), and King Souvlaki will compete for the coveted Vendy Cup during the Awards gala on September 7.
