Former The Taste judge Brian Malarkey will be opening a restaurant inside the Mondrian hotel in Los Angeles. Malarkey is planning to open on December 31 and has not yet confirmed the concept for the restaurant. Eater LA suggests it might be another location of Malarkey's seafood restaurant Herringbone.
