Chef Ludo Lefebvre of Trois Mec in Los Angeles is planning on opening a restaurant called Le Station in Las Vegas. According to Vegas Seven, Le Station will be an oyster bar located somewhere downtown; the space has not been confirmed yet. Vegas Seven spoke with Lefebvre's business partner Puoy Premsrirut who confirmed the plans and said that Le Station will have a reservation system similar to the ticketing system used at Trois Mec, "but with a twist": Customers will be able to "order online or at the window and receive a ticketed time for when a table and your food will be ready." No word yet on a timeline for opening.
