Beyonce Racks Up £1,444 Bill at British Chicken Chain

While on tour in the U.K., Undisputed Queen of the World Beyonce fed her entourage with more than £1,444.10 (that's $2,255.97) of peri-peri chicken from the Nando's chain: According to a receipt posted online (and bearing the name "Beyonce" on top), the diva ordered up 58 wing platters, 48 whole chickens, 48 orders of chips, a dozen veggie burgers, and 24 orders of both regular rice and coleslaw from an Essex location of Nando's. The person who picked up the order (not Beyonce) paid in cash.

An unnamed source at the Nando's in question told the Daily Mail that the order was genuinely for Mrs. Carter and her crew, although an official rep said, "We never discuss the identity of our customers for reasons of privacy." But Bey is known to treat her entourage to large take-out orders: Earlier this summer, Beyonce ordered 150 po'boys during a tour stop in New Orleans.
