The New York Post take a look at "hot Scandinavian chefs" (aka "culinary cuties") in New York City. Sadly, three out of four are taken: chef Mads Refslund (Acme), chef Fredrik Berselius (Aska), chef Marcus Jernmark (Aquavit). The only available one is Aaron Zebrook, the sommelier at the Beatrice. He would like to "take you to the secret cellar in the Beatrice, where the off-menu finds are kept." [NYP]
