After a month of chef shuffling, the Michael Mina has put corporate executive chef David Varley in charge of the kitchen at RN74 in downtown Seattle. Varley is planning to update the menu format, offerings, and pricing and tells Eater Seattle: "A wake up call for me was was looking at the menu and realizing that prices had crept up to a point where it was challenging to provide value."
