Here's an interview with chef David Chang by HuffPo full of generic questions like "What is your favourite cheap food thrill?" and "What would you be doing if you couldn't be a chef?" On the "wildest thing" he's ever done in a kitchen, Chang talks about cooking at NASA's Space Food Systems Laboratory in Houston, TX: "[M]y recipe was a total failure.
