David Chang Wire

chang17555.jpgHere's an interview with chef David Chang by HuffPo full of generic questions like "What is your favourite cheap food thrill?" and "What would you be doing if you couldn't be a chef?" On the "wildest thing" he's ever done in a kitchen, Chang talks about cooking at NASA's Space Food Systems Laboratory in Houston, TX: "[M]y recipe was a total failure. Sorry I didn't know how to fucking cook in zero gravity. I tried, I didn't know what they had stocked on the station either." [HuffPo]
