A new law passed in Montana now makes it legal for folks to haul away — and eat — roadkill found on state roads and highways. Montana joins 12 other states have similar roadkill laws (since 2010, Georgia residents can legally take home dead bears), leading to the obvious question posed by Gawker: Is roadkill the next big thing in American cuisine?
