The Chicago Tribune profiled chef Patricia Yeo who left her Cambridge, MA restaurant Moksa to be the creative director of the Chicago-based Big Bowl chain of casual Chinese/Thai restaurants. Of Big Bowl's menu, Yeo says: "We're a business, and we have to give customers what they want ... I may not eat orange chicken, but I can try to make it as interesting as I can." [Chicago Tribune]
