Bloomberg Businessweek reports that burrito giant Chipotle has settled with fast food chain Jack in the Box after suing them for violating Chipotle's trademark by releasing a "Chipotle Chicken Club Combo" last year. Chipotle claimed that because Jack in the Box printed the word "chipotle" in caps, a reminiscent font, and larger than the words "chicken club," customers might "assume it has some connection to the burrito chain."
