Las Vegas gets all the nice things: Elton John's husband David Furnish has announced plans to open a Champagne bar, dubbed Fizz Lounge, on the ground floor of Caesars Palace. According to reports, Furnish and partners Steven Kennedy and Michael Greco will have a $1.5 million budget to outfit the 140-seat space. [Eater Vegas]
