The list features restaurants from Washington, DC to New Orleans to Houston, and includes spots like Atlanta's The Optimist, Nashville's Husk, and Charleston's Xiao Bao Biscuit. [Southern Living]

COPENHAGEN— OMG seriously more speakers have been announced for René Redzepi's summer food camp MAD Symposium: culinary historian Michael W. Twitty and LA Times food critic Jonathan Gold have been added to the lineup. [EaterWire]

COPENHAGEN— The Copenhagen Airport will launch a pop-up restaurant called CPH Nordic Dining, featuring three of the city's chefs each preparing a summer-inspired tasting menu. Thomas Rode, David Johansen, and Mikkel Marschall will alternate cooking duties, which are timed to the Copenhagen Cooking food festival from August 20 to September 1. [Moodie Report]
