Morimoto Threw the First Pitch at a White Sox Game

Chef Masaharu Morimoto threw the first pitch at Monday's White Sox/Tigers game at US Cellular Field in Chicago (on Monday news came that he was now on board as chef at Japonais in Chicago). In this video clip from MLB.com, Morimoto talks about playing baseball in high school and that even if his brain might still be 18, his pitching arm is 58 and "that's a lot of gap." His pitch was on the high side, but it didn't seem to change the home team's luck: Chicago won 6-2. This isn't the first time Morimoto has thrown the first pitch at a Major League game. Last year he threw the opening pitch at a Phillies game (which was also on the high side). Have a look:
