From Criminal to Chef

gordonbars150.jpgThe Guardian checks in with chef Anthony Kelly, a onetime reality TV trainee on Gordon Ramsay's show Gordon Behind Bars. Kelly says he owes "a lot" to the shouty chef, who set up a bakery inside a London prison to give inmates professional culinary training: "What he did is highlight the fact that there are plenty of people in prison who want to change, and he gave a few of us the chance to show that."
