Look Inside Tom Colicchio's Heritage Steak in Las Vegas

It looks like chef, restaurateur, and Top Chef judge Tom Colicchio's upcoming restaurant at the Mirage in Las Vegas is on track to open on August 18th. Eater Vegas has photos of Tom Colicchio's Heritage Steak where plywood has been taken down from the nearly completed new lounge. The restaurant can seat 250, and the menu will focus on "meats cooked on an open flame using wood-burning ovens or charcoal grills." The design features an open, wooden lattice ceiling which allows in light from the Mirage atrium. The entire project, including restaurant and lounge, is roughly 8,163 square feet.
