Punk-Inspired Pig Fest; Pierre Gagnaire's Vegas Menus

NARROWSBURG, NY— NYC chefs and farmers will gather in Narrowsburg on August 24 for Pig Mountain, a "pig roast and veggie fest" featuring chefs like Elizabeth Faulkner, Ryan Tate, Jake Klein, and Lauren Resler each roasting a whole pig. LAS VEGAS— Starting next week, French chef Pierre Gagnaire will cook up a weeklong residency at his Vegas spot Twist at the Mandarin Oriental, and Eater Vegas has a look at the two special menus on offer. An eight-course, $325 "Taste of the Continents" menu will feature different entrees from Gagnaire's restaurants in London, Tokyo, and Paris. [Eater Vegas]
