PORTLAND— Collaboration-happy scoop shop Salt & Straw has announced the lineup of its next "Guest Chef" series, which sees savory chefs making a unique ice cream flavor of their choice. Starting this fall, S&S will roll out flavors by April Bloomfield ("sweet corn, waffle cones, and caramel"), Michael Voltaggio ("loaded baked potato"), and Gabriel Rucker ("Hawaiian foie gras peanut butter mousse").
