New York pastry chef/international cronut king Dominique Ansel went on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon to make his signature pastry last night: "I'm going to show you in two minutes what we do in three days." Fallon can hardly contain himself, practically squealing when Ansel dumps a huge slab of butter on the Cronut dough. At least Questlove — who introduced Fallon to the pastry — proves useful, earning an Ansel seal of approval on his fry job. (Questlove knows a thing or two about frying.)
