The chef of an allegedly mouse-infected bakery in London told health inspectors that the mice droppings found on ingredients and wedding cakes were "chocolate sprinkles." Today, the manager of Bake & Cake pled guilty to "five counts of contravening a provision of the food hygiene regulations" when the shop was inspected in June.
