The latest in bizarre trademark infringement news: Kentucky Fried Chicken could sue recently opened Bangkok, Thailand fried chicken stall, Hitler, if it doesn't change its Führer-themed logo. HuffPo reached out to KFC last Friday for a statement, as the storefront sports a design very similar to KFC's Colonel Sanders, albeit with a bit more of an Adolf Hitler slant. A company spokesperson wrote in an email, "We find it extremely distasteful and are considering legal action since it is an infringement of our brand trademark and has nothing to do with us."
Hitler, the restaurant, first started getting attention after British expat and Footprint Thailand Handbook author Andrew Spooner tweeted an image of it back in May. According to the Daily Mail, the chicken is "pretty good."
