Here's a new preview of The Getaway, the upcoming travel series on the Esquire Network produced by Anthony Bourdain and Zero Point Zero. The Esquire Network — a rebranding of the G4 network — was supposed to have launched in April but was delayed with the interest of having "more original programming" (including Brew Dogs).
The Getaway is a sort of Layover-esque series, except here, it's famous people giving tours of various exotic locales. The series was previously announced with the following hosts: comedian Aziz Ansari (Hong Kong), comedian Joel McHale (Belfast), musicperson Eve (Jamaica), actress Aisha Tyler (Paris), and chef José Andrés (Puerto Rico). Newly announced hosts include actor Josh Gad (NYC), brothers Seth and Josh Meyers (Amsterdam), Parks and Recreation's Rashida Jones (London), and Freaks and Geeks writer Paul Feig (Boston). It premieres September 25 at 9 p.m. ET.
