Tickets to chef Ferran Adrià's exhibition elBulli: Ferran Adrià and The Art of Food at London's Somerset House are now available on Groupon for 50% off. Offering tickets as low as £5 (approx. $8), Groupon's writeup highlights that in the exhibit "multimedia displays examine the methods and skill of the chefs" and that it offers a "behind-the-scenes look at the legendary laboratory and kitchen." As of posting, over 350 people have purchased the deal and there are only five days left to purchase, so get on it.

The Groupon deal might mean that the Somerset House is having trouble selling tickets on their own. One of the reasons vendors agree to work with Groupon is to generate traffic and sales with new customers. Legendary Jeopardy champion Ken Jennings once explained the logic of using Groupon to Deathwatch restaurants, suggesting that restaurants on Groupon will "will probably be out of business soon." While tickets to the elBulli exhibit might going for cheap on Groupon, memorabilia and wines from elBulli sold at auction for amazingly high prices, pulling in a total of $2,718,909.
