Bloomberg critic Ryan Sutton files a rave (but unstarred) review of chef Dominique Crenn's two Michelin star San Francisco restaurant Atelier Crenn. Calling the chef "a vital outlier in the male-dominant world of fine dining," Sutton praises the restaurant for being "an exhilarating food lab" and for leaving the diner "invigorated" and "ready to return" at the end of the meal.
