PHILADELPHIA— Last week, chefs Marc Vetri, Jose Garces, and Peter McAndrews announced they'd be adding some of their signature dishes to the concessions menu at Lincoln Financial Field, home of the NFL's Philadelphia Eagles, and today, Eater Philly scores the details. Garces will offer four dishes, including chicken ropa vieja and carnitas tacos; Vetri will serve up a mortadella hot dog and "North Philly" sausage cheesesteak; McAndrews brings five dishes, including a meatloaf Parmesan. NEW YORK CITY— Chef Sarah Simmons' "culinary salon"/supperclub space City Grit is moving to a new location, and she's launched a Kickstarter campaign to help raise funds for the new space. Though she doesn't reveal the exact location, Simmons is looking for $100,000 to build out the spot, which has the "amenities of a state-of-the-art restaurant." [EaterWire]
