Chef Timothy Hollingsworth to Open LA Restaurant

Former French Laundry chef de cuisine Timothy Hollingsworth will be opening a restaurant in Los Angeles. Eater LA reports that Hollingsworth had been hinting at opening his own place for a few months, but that he has finally confirmed his intentions. Hollingsworth left his post at Keller's three Michelin-starred French Laundry in April, and has since been consulting on LA restaurateur/hotelier Michael Zislis' restaurant projects. At this point, it's not confirmed whether Zislis will be involved in Hollingsworth's upcoming restaurant. Although there are no further details yet regarding a name, location, or concept, Hollingsworth confirmed to Eater LA that he is definitely opening a restaurant.
