It's a matter of mere days until London's first-ever Shack Attack, which means it's time to prepare for the madness sure to ensue. Behold Shake Shack's brand new Covent Garden location, which is slated to open on Friday. This is the first (but probably not the last) time Danny Meyer's expansion-minded "anti-chain" chain has opened in the United Kingdom. It is also an absolutely crucial moment in the history of mankind. So take a spin through the space, which retains Shake Shack's roadside stand feel with plenty of outdoor seating among the columns and in the atrium of the Market Building:

The menu will also have all of Shake Shack's signature burgers and hot dogs, plus some London specific items like a Cumberland Sausage that uses a rare breed of pork. The ShackMeister Sausage tops the Cumberland sausage with cheese sauce and beer-marinated shallots. On the dessert side, the traditional Concrete Jungle "from across the pond" will be on the menu in addition to some concretes that have been personalized to the London location in partnership with London's own St JOHN Bakery and paul.a.young. These are:

· Union Shack (chocolate custard, St. JOHN Bakery chocolate hazelnut brownie, fudge sauce, paul.a.young chocolate chunks and sea salt)
· Drury Lane Jam (vanilla custard, local strawberry jam, St. JOHN Bakery brown sugar biscuit and fresh banana)
· Sticky Toffee (vanilla custard, chocolate toffee, paul.a.young chocolate chunks, salted caramel sauce and malt powder)
· Big BlENd (chocolate and vanilla custard, St. JOHN Bakery brown sugar biscuit and chocolate hazelnut brownie)

Julie Falconer, who shot the photos above, also has a look at the food. So there you have it, Londoners. Shake Shack awaits on Friday at 10 a.m. Go get it.
