As part of its recurring series Collaboration Culture, BBC World News sends Spanish pastry chef Jordi Roca (of El Celler de Can Roca, San Pelligrino's World's Best Restaurant 2013) to Lima, Peru to create a "flavored dialogue" with renowned Peruvian chef Gastón Acurio. In the episode, the duo combine their areas of expertise — desserts and Peruvian produce — to turn a variety of local potatoes into something sweet. Watch the chefs experiment with different flavors like rose petals, mint, violet sugar, and Peruvian chile, then distribute the exquisite treats on the streets of Lima.
