Television personality Curtis Stone gives Eater Vegas details about his upcoming LA restaurant. No name yet, but Stone did say it will be market-driven. Said Stone, "I feel like there's a renaissance about farmer's markets and caring where your food comes from. I'm so sick of restaurants run by accountants."
