Khe-Yo, the new Southeast Asian restaurant from New York City chef Marc Forgione, opens tonight. Eater NY takes a look at the space and posts the menu, which contains no more than 13 of executive chef Soulayphet "Chef Phet" Schwader's dishes. Highlights include crunchy coconut rice with sausage, bamboo grilled quail, duck laap, spare ribs, grilled chicken, and pork belly with quail egg.
