Eater Scenes: Cochon in New Orleans, Saturday at 7 P.M.

Welcome to the photo series Eater Scenes, in which Eater photographers visit some of the country's great restaurants to capture them at a certain, and very specific, point in the day. Here now, Daniel Krieger at chef Donald Link's Cochon in New Orleans.

Chefs Donald Link and Stephen Stryjewski's Cochon opened in New Orleans' Warehouse District in 2006, and since then it has become a local and national institution. The menu lists many porky dishes (as one might suspect from the name), but seafood and vegetables as well, all in the Cajun tradition. Below, a look at the bustling Cochon during a recent Saturday dinner service.
