Here's a sneak peek of René Redzepi's upcoming three-volume cookbook, A Work in Progress: Notes on Food, Cooking and Creativity. One volume will be a standard cookbook (see recipes below for Slowly Sauteed Celeriac and Truffle Sauce, Dessert of Strawberries and Chamomile), one will be "Instagram-style" photos from the restaurant, and the third a journal from Redzepi exploring "creativity, innovation, and the meaning of success."
