SF Weekly's restaurant critic Anna Roth files a review of the new a la carte bar menu at Saison in San Francisco. Roth mostly finds fault with the price and with the idea of doing a multi-course menu at a restaurant's bar: "[T]he salon menu is both pricey and formal, occupying a weird gray area between bar bites and the kind of high-end experience that Skenes is aiming for in the main dining room ... it may be that the concept of a bar menu at a restaurant like Saison is flawed from the start."
