The Menu at KFC eleven, Its New 'Fast Casual' Concept

Menus have gone up at KFC eleven, the new "fast casual" restaurant concept from KFC that's opening in Louisville, Kentucky. Eater Louisville's Zach Everson has pictures from the scene, plus the menu in all its glory. The menu features KFC original recipe chicken, flatbreads, salads, sandwiches, and rice bowls. According to an earlier job posting, KFC eleven aims to "transform how people think about the brand." The restaurant should be opening later this summer. The KFC eleven menu, below:
