Stephen-Starr-Miami-Museum.jpgA press release from the Pérez Art Museum Miami confirms that Philadelphia-based restaurateur Stephen Starr's company Stephen STARR Events will be the "the exclusive restaurateur behind the Museum's waterfront bistro and catering for special event rentals." The Miami Herald reports the restaurant plans to "incorporate some signature Starr dishes, like dim sum from Buddakan and sushi from the Morimoto and Makoto menus" at the new restaurant. [PAMM; MH]
