Big Hospitality has some more details on Claus Meyer's upcoming jazz club/restaurant/bar concept The Standard in Copenhagen. The Indian restaurant helmed by chef Karam Sethi (of London's one-Michelin star Trishna) will be called Veranda and "will be open for dinner only and will serve two tasting menus that will change on a weekly basis."
