Maybe, says Adam Liaw in the Wall Street Journal, especially "when the conversation turns sinister: knee-jerk reactions to criticism, sexist and demeaning observations of staff and customers, or scatological and unhygienic descriptions of the minutiae of a life on the pans. I've even seen one chef on Twitter deride a high-profile customer by name while they were still in the restaurant." [WSJ]
