London's 'Crime Scene' Bar; Brussels Restaurant Festival

LONDON— The restaurateurs behind London's Cocktail Club have announced plans to open a new bar in the West End called Oxford Street. Its theme? "Downtown LA warehouse crime scene." Big Hospitality reports that the bar will occupy a 3,000-square-foot ground-floor space and offer a "mild focus" on tequila and whiskey. [Big Hospitality]

BRUSSELS— Brussels, Belgium has announced the dates for this year's eat! Brussels restaurant festival: More than 30 restaurants will fete the local region from September 12 to 15. More information here. [EaterWire]

BROOKLYN— Pok Pok's on the move in New York City. The NYT reports that lauded chef Andy Ricker, who brought his Pok Pok concept from Portland to NYC last year, will move his Pok Pok Ny restaurant down the block into a larger space that seats nearly twice as many guests in the dining room. The swap will take place later this fall. [NYT]
