Philadelphia-based Sichuan chef Han Chiang, of the beloved Han Dynasty restaurant group, is floating the rumor that he'll soon expand to Los Angeles. Chiang's currently at work opening a NYC location in the East Village and announced via Twitter that LA is "on deck." [Eater LA]
