So here's the latest word in silly crime news out of San Antonio, Texas: Suspected burglar Gerardo Daniel Reyna was arrested earlier this week while trying to hide from police because his pet chihuahua's growling gave away their location. According to KSAT, Reyna had concealed himself in the bushes at a nearby Taco Cabana (with dog in tow) after breaking into local restaurant Taqueria Nuevo Vallarta.
Reyna allegedly took what one of the owner's family members, Adriana Ortega, "believe[s] ... was $104." But looks like he ran without even taking the money? Says Ortega, "In the end, he left [the money], so it was pointless." Anyway, take a look at the TV news report:
