Denver chef Justin Brunson and a line cook from his restaurant Old Major were injured and taken to the hospital after getting into a fight with unknown parties last week. Brunson suffered a concussion and had to get stitches, while the cook (who is currently in stable condition) had to be put into a temporary induced coma. Because the cook does not have health insurance, the restaurant is hosting a series of events "in the next couple of weeks" to help pay for medical expenses. [Eater Denver]
