Customers at Chicago's Graham Elliot Bistro have taken so many of the restaurant's rock star/chef-themed saint candles that the management has had to start gluing down the ones that are still remaining. Manager Merlin Verrier "estimates that 60-70 percent of the original stock is gone," and that they "might disappear completely within three to four months."
