UK restaurant designer David Collins died last night after having been diagnosed with a "virulent form" of skin cancer merely three weeks ago. Among Collins' projects was Gordon Ramsay's three-Michelin-starred eponymous flagship Restaurant Gordon Ramsay at Royal Hospital Road.
