THE INTERNET— The man behind the Amateur Gourmet, Adam Roberts, has launched a new podcast named The Clean Plate Club, in which he invites a food industry person and non-industry guest over for dinner, then records the conversation. In the debut episode, now available on iTunes, LA food critic Besha Rodell is the guest of honor. She dishes the complete story of a chef she once savaged in LA Weekly and dumps on reality show The Taste. [iTunes]
