A Look at José's Table, José Andrés' Private Dining Room

Eater DC scores the first look at José's Table, chef José Andrés' new private dining room concept inside his restaurant Minibar in Washington, DC. Up to six people can be accommodated at the table, and it costs $3,000, which includes the menu, beverage pairings, tax and gratuity. The tasting menu will include unique dishes such as salt-baked foie gras, roasted squab with white truffles, or the full Minibar tasting menu.
