New York Times critic Pete Wells files an unstarred review of Hog & Hominy in Memphis. He appears to have liked the food quite a bit, at least enough to potentially have eaten "more ... than was necessary from a strictly nutritional point of view." He also talks about the "blissful burn" of the fried sweetbreads and "daydream[s]" about the fryer rabbit. [NYT]
