Watch the Best Technique for Drinking Coffee in Space

Apparently zero gravity wreaks havoc on liquids, so scientists at the International Space Station researched how to best make fluids flow in space. Among the resulting patents: a low-gravity coffeecup. When drinking out of a regular cup in space, "you have the shake the cup toward your face, and hope that some of the hot liquid breaks loose and floats towards your mouth." But the space coffeecup (or is it a pouch?) uses a sharp corner to create a capillary force that allows fluids to flow down a channel directly into the mouth. Sciencey. Go, watch:
