The New York City-based BLT Steak will open its first Las Vegas steakhouse inside Bally's Las Vegas. BLT's parent company, ESquared Hospitality, has operated the offshoot BLT Burger since 2008, and the new restaurant will take over an existing 250-seat, 9,300-square-foot steakhouse space.
